Three easy ways to benefit Laguna Blanca when you shop

Did you know that there are additional ways you can contribute to Laguna Blanca without writing another check? By participating in any (or all) of the programs listed below, a percentage of your purchase totals will be donated to Laguna Blanca School whether you shop online, locally, or while you’re out on the road.

It’s easy, it’s free, it’s secure, and anyone can participate -- so encourage your friends and family to sign up too!

1. Internet Mall - Amazon.com & Yahoo! Shopping
Internet malls provide access to other retailers and a huge variety of shopping options, from textbooks to clothing to computers to cars. In order for your internet mall purchases to benefit Laguna Blanca, start your shopping by first going to the LBS website and clicking on the Amazon.com or Yahoo! Shopping icon (at right). No shopper registration is required, privacy is assured, and a donation based on your purchase and/or activity will go directly to the school.

NOTE ABOUT YAHOO! SHOPPING: When you click on the Yahoo! Shopping icon to the right, you will be directed to the Autos portion of the website. Don't be alarmed. Simply look in the upper left hand corner for the small Yahoo! icon and click on it. This link will take you directly to the main page for Yahoo!. Yahoo! will give LBS monetary benefits for business activities as well as consumer transactions.

2. eScrip
Register your credit cards, debit/ATM cards and/or select grocery loyalty cards to have a percentage of purchases made at retailers (including Macy’s and Vons) automatically donated to Laguna Blanca School. To sign up, go to https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/registration/step1.jsp.

What exactly is eScrip?
Electronic Scrip Incorporated (ESI) is a California-based corporation that developed a relationship between the business community and organizations and projects that support children. ESI collects a percentage of sales receipts from businesses and gives back, after a deduction for administering, to area organizations such as Laguna Blanca School. 3. Community/Loyalty Cards
Two grocery stores in town--Albertsons and Ralphs--have their own loyalty cards. When you register online directly with these stores, a portion of all assigned card purchases will be contributed to Laguna Blanca. For a list of participating stores, please click here.
