Laguna Blanca Students Inducted into Cum Laude Society

This morning, eight Laguna students were inducted into the prestigious Cum Laude Society during a special ceremony in sunny Ruston Amphitheatre.

Cum Laude Society membership represents the highest scholastic distinction at independent schools nationwide. Laguna Blanca is one of only 32 schools in California authorized to admit new members. By design, chapters may select no more than the top 20% of a graduating class, with up to half of those students eligible for induction at the end of their junior year. In addition to academic excellence, membership reflects demonstrated character, honor, and integrity.

The 2026 Cum Laude inductees include the following students from the Class of 2027: Hadleigh Bolton, Keanu Christiansen, Yikai Feng, and Marshall Graham; and from the Class of 2026: Evie Comis, Amelia Noble, Emie Valle, and Ella Wickman.

In keeping with Laguna tradition, seniors who were inducted as juniors in 2025—Brandon Fuladi, Asher Gottesdiener, Bennett Sullivan, and Teddy Wilson—offered thoughtful remarks about each new inductee, reflecting on their achievements and the qualities that distinguish them within the Laguna community, as well as the faculty who inspire them.

Congratulations, Owls!
