French 5 Students Create Michelin Guide for Santa Barbara

As part of its study of French culinary distinctions, the French 5 class has created its own version of ‘Le Guide Michelin’ for Santa Barbara! Le Guide Chouette (chouette means both “owl” and “cool”) features a guide to local dining, whether you are in the mood for breakfast pastries, cafés, vegetarian options, California cuisine, Asian, or a quick student lunch.
