Experience the power of dedication, teamwork, and growth by joining one of Laguna’s 30 middle and upper school teams. No matter your skill level, you will train with expert coaches who guide you in state-of-the-art facilities—from tennis and beach volleyball courts framed  against the stunning Santa Ynez Mountains to Merovick Gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, and spirited pep rallies. With a proud history of athletic achievement, many Owls go on to compete at the collegiate level.

In Upper School, you have the opportunity to participate in at least one sport each year, with options to explore and develop in independent PE endeavors like gymnastics, horseback riding, or fencing.
