You take the lead on everything—from choosing a meaningful theme and selecting speakers to building a budget and coordinating professional-level audio and visual production that reaches an international audience. This year’s theme, Retrospect, invites you to explore the powerful paradox of looking back to move forward. It encourages you to reflect on your stories, your history, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today. Through remembrance, you imagine new possibilities, and through reflection, you grow. Retrospect calls on you—as a speaker, guest, or community member—to revisit the choices that have defined your path, propel yourself forward, and stay present in the moments that matter most.
