Yearbook is a hands-on elective course focused on producing our annual issue of La Honda. In this class, students will develop meaningful and lasting skills to create a well-designed, polished, and meaningful yearbook that captures the school year at Laguna Blanca. Students in this course are considered student journalists and part of the Yearbook Staff. They will learn how to and be responsible for pitching ideas, writing and editing copy, interviewing people, taking and editing photos, caring for our equipment, designing pages, being a positive team member, staying organized, managing their assignments and meeting deadlines. In addition, students will be asked to cover some events outside of the school day. There are various leadership opportunities on the Yearbook Staff.
