• DANCE

  Campers will have fun moving their bodies to their favorite songs, all while learning the principles of dance. They will begin to explore the elements of physical movement and focus on technical foundations. Our young dancers will learn about musicality, space, timing, energy, and finally - performance qualities!
  
  For rising students in Kindergarten through Grade 3

• GIRLS' FLAG FOOTBALL

  Learn the fundamentals of flag football in this fun interactive full-day camp. Campers will learn basic offensive and defensive principles, play execution, understanding situational roles, along with the creative side of football - uniform design, theming, and some fun arts and crafts. Individual and group drills will focus on core skill development while also helping campers understand meaningful collaboration, sportsmanship, and the foundations of leadership. Girls will learn all field positions including how to be a QB and will be grouped based on age and skill level with an emphasis on personal growth and fun at every level. The camp will utilize Laguna Blanca's top-notch indoor and outdoor athletic spaces.
  
  For rising students in Grades 3 through 6.

• LEARN TO ROW

  Are you hoping to learn a new and exciting sport and spend time with friends outdoors on the water? Learn the fundamentals of rowing in this fun rowing camp on beautiful Lake Cachuma. Campers will learn the basic rowing stroke, plus improve balance and technique while also improving fitness on and off the water. Each day will conclude with a classroom session discussing topics such as: stretching and mobility, weightlifting, nutrition, video analysis of rowing technique, and rowing in college. The week will finish with fun and friendly racing against fellow campers. No rowing experience necessary - just an openness to learning something new and having some fun while you’re at it!

• GREAT OUTDOORS

  This wilderness survival camp connects with campers with nature through the exploration of Santa Barbara’s wild front country and beaches. In this experiential classroom we’ll develop survival skills and explore our individual connections with nature. Come ready to explore and adventure! 
  
  Specialty camp price is $485/week.
  
  For rising students in Grades 5 through 8.

• JR OWL CHEER CAMP

  Teamwork and fun highlight this camp focused on movement-based skills and performance. Our instructors will teach young athletes all the essential skills to lead the crowd and support the home team. There is no stunting, just a big focus on choreographed dance routines, team building, leadership, and fun. Cheers and chants make everything more fun!
  
  For rising students in Kindergarten through Grade 4.

• NINJA WARRIOR

  Does your camper have endless energy all day? Then this camp is just for them! Campers will take their physical fitness to the next level with this interactive day of play, training, and outdoor fun. They will also learn about training the mental skills that all good ninjas must possess to truly hone their craft.

• WIFFLE BALL

  Wiffle Ball is a lighter, more accessible version of baseball and softball. This camp is designed for those who want to develop their skills and compete with their friends in this summer pastime sport. Campers will play games and learn skills and techniques for playing the great sport of Wiffle Ball.
  
  For rising students in Grades 4 through 7.

• ZEN AND THE WILD - YOGA AND OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

  Venture into the wild and then venture into mindfulness. Campers will embrace the positive atmosphere of various outdoor areas in the beginning of the day and then come back to camp to unwind with yoga to finish the day rejuvenated. While hiking in Santa Barbara's best nature areas, we will have storytime and discussions about the effects & importance of spending time outdoors. After returning to Laguna Blanca we will unwind with yoga, where we will learn and practice the mindfulness & meditation techniques many prominent and successful figures have used to navigate stress, focus, and personal growth.
