Laguna Blanca Sweeps Cross Country Meet at Home

Aura Carlson led a Laguna Blanca sweep in the first three places as the Owls won the Condor League cross country meet on their home course.
Carlson was clocked in 24:38, just edging out teammate Pisci Abrego by one second. Laguna's Daisy Finerock took third in 25:13 and teammate Julia Guglielmo was fifth in 26:16 as the Owls won the team competition with 27 points, nine ahead of Midland.
Midland won the boys competition while taking the first four places. Providence's Adam King was sixth in 18:42, 41 seconds behind the winner. Clay Rodgers cracked the top 10 for Laguna Blanca with a time of 19:05.
