Everyone is spending more time in front of their screens these days, especially since half the planet is on lockdown. When Laguna @ Home begins, be sure to give your brain a boost by taking some short exercise breaks throughout the day. Did you know that short bursts of movement can help sharpen your attention and ability to retain information?
