A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAMPER

Your camper’s Arts at Laguna weeklong adventure will be robust and activity filled. In order to have the safest experience and adhere to CDC guidelines, kids will remain with their grade level groups for the entirety of each day.

At drop off, children will show email confirming completion of the safety survey, have their temperatures taken, and be escorted to their respective groups.  From there, each group will participate in Headquarter Activities including creating a flag and cheer, and special visits from our dance and theater faculty!

After the opening and before lunch, campers travel with their grade level counselor groups to four classes, one each in the visual arts, dance, theater, and music. (Of course there is recess and snack too!)

After lunch each day—which we provide—there is a special afternoon activity. One day we have a storyteller and on another day we have an arts festival; all afternoon activities are related to the particular theme of the week.

On Friday, campers will be filmed performing what they have worked on throughout the week. These performances will be magically transformed into a virtual musical revue for family enjoyment late that afternoon.

Hourly aftercare available.  Please coordinate with Camp Director Sarah Jacobs for scheduling at arts.sjacobs@gmail.com.
